RoxRadar started as a simple idea from Marcus in June 2025: a map where HYROX athletes and fans could see upcoming races and plan around them more easily. He wanted one place where people could explore locations, check event details, and prepare for race weekends — without jumping between dozens of sites.
We worked closely from the beginning. Marcus focused on building the content, partnerships, and community around the platform, while I designed and built the technical foundation in Webflow and Airtable so the product could scale with the idea. We met weekly to plan, reflect, and shape the next steps together.
Our collaboration worked well because our strengths complemented each other. Marcus brought energy, momentum, and a deep understanding of the audience. I brought structure, attention to detail, and a calm, design-led approach to turning ideas into a coherent product.
As the platform grew, we added race guides, a content hub, affiliate partnerships, and an Elite 15 athlete directory. By December 2025, RoxRadar reached 25,000 monthly clicks from Google and began attracting partnerships with HYROX and other sports brands — evolving from a simple map into a growing ecosystem for the community.
